Grilled Nectarine with Goat Chevre
This recipe is one of our all-time favourites, especially in Summer when nectarines are in peak season and when they are ripe and juicy. This flavourful stone fruit is really something extra special when it’s lightly cooked on a hot plate, topped with crispy ham pieces, goat chevre and our Nordic cracker crumbs. The saltiness from the ham, the creamy goodness of the goat chevre and the savoury crunch of our Nordic crackers all work together to compliment the sweet nectarines.
