ORDER PROCESSING 

Please allow 3 days for our team to process, freshly bake and package your order after your order is placed. You will receive an email to advise you when your order is shipped as well as real-time tracking information.

Orders placed after midday on Thursdays and any time on Fridays and over weekends will be baked fresh on our next baking day (Monday).

SHIPPING

Mette is Baking sends our artisan crackers to Australian residential and commercial addresses only via Express Post through Australia Post.

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days. All orders are shipped free of charge.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, which are freshly baked and packaged to order, we do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges.
